Long wait

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I always try to use the dealership the vehicle came from do the oil changes. I was charged $97.00 and change for this service. I thought that this was a bit much. When I got into my 2022 Chevy Silverado I looked at the tire pressure display in the dash. It was basically saying that I had 30 psi in my tires. I was gonna let it go and leave, but I just paid to have my tires rotated and air to proper psi. There was a gentleman standing right outside the door smoking. He ask if everything was okay I said No.....He went and got someone who took my vehicle to get the right amount of air in the tires. When I bought my truck, I purchased it from Anthony Chevrolet. I was given a coupon booklet that gave discounts on various things at the garage. I was informed that the booklet was no longer valid. I was also told that with Gerry Raymond, you'll get a ton a coupons in the mail to use. I have not received anything from Gerry Raymond yet on discounts on oil changes/tire rotation to this date. I hope you understand my frustration on this. Taking your vehicle to the "true professionals", you shouldn't have to second guess them. I guess anymore you have to due to the quality of the workforce. I developed a relationship with Anthony Chevrolet. I purchased 3 vehicles from them and was always treated with the upmost respect. I just haven't seen this in a large dealership these days. Hope things change with the "New" dealership coming.

I never have an issue with any work I have received here, going even back to Anthony Chevrolet. I do, however, think that having to pay a fee to use my debit card when I am already paying a $400 bill seems ridiculous. It is the cost of your business to cover that. You want me to pay the bill fine but you should cover the cost of my convenience using a card. So I should just carry $400 cash every time I need to come there? That needs revisited and corrected from management. It comes off as cheap honestly. Thanks.

Took over 2hrs for an oil change and it cost almost 100$

I screwed up my belts and pulleys on my 2012 Colorado Z71 5.3l V8 by spraying the belts with CRC belt conditioner for a minor whine. Well, of course, I made the noise a million times worse. Once again, Jesse Tichenor, Service Manager and Collin Maxell, Service Technician at Gerry Raymond Chevrolet in Fairmont, WV provided me with first class customer service. I needed my truck back by Friday morning to head out of town. Jesse had Collin stay late on Wednesday evening to tear my pulleys and belts apart so Jesse could have the parts at the shop for Collin early Thursday morning. Collin had my truck done early Thursday afternoon and it has never run better! Thanks again Jesse and Collin! See ya' down the road!

Should have had oil changed when I bought the car which was supposed to be new but already had 3,600 miles on it so now my free first oil change was used up on an oil change that should have already been done and completely done with Jerry Raymond Chevrolet I'll tell everybody I know I work in the public

The service was good what I did not appreciate was not being informed of the 3.5% charge on credit cards ahead of time I live 35 miles away and could of very easily brought a check 3.5% on a $1100 bill over $38 was not appreciated

Salesman was very helpful and went out of is way to accommodate us.but the finance manager was kind of rude to us do to the fact we did not take the cap insurance

No clear answers on car , I had a diagnostics done at a different dealership and Gerry Raymond missed a serious problem after I would’ve paid over 1,000 dollars .

It was fine except on arrival there was no one at the service desk! I waited more than 5 minutes for anyone to show up. You seem to not have enough staff and the no where to park

I was supposed to have work done at Joe Holland where I bought my vehicle and they didn’t tell me their diesel mechanic was out all week til the evening before my trip. So I couldn’t get my oil changed and I was going on a trip and I was going through Fairmont to see my dad. So I called you guys that morning And you had me scheduled at 2 o’clock that day. Brought me in. Did my oil change within about 30 minutes in service the vehicle. I greatly appreciate you getting me in that quick and getting it done. You guys did an A rate job.

We had a fantastic buying experience. The Salesman (Brandon) offered a no hassle buying expensive, he did exactly what he promised. Jay handled the paperwork and was very quick and efficient. We drove 3 hours to make the purchase and would do it again based on our experience.

My truck has been in the shop around a dozen times over the last TEN months for the same problem. Only once was I allowed a 'loaner' vehicle, the rest of the time my wife was made to suffer as I had to use her vehicle. Was in TWICE last week for the same issue. Picked it up Friday and four hours later - CHECK ENGINE LIGHT again! Service advisor NEVER calls back - I left a message an hour ago this morning. I hate reporting this but, all around - a miserable experience.

Had to pay for a service that I should not have had to pay for checking my breaks. Diagnostics report said breaks needed checked ASAP make appointment. I guess they said this wasn't cover under warranty. I think it should have been covered since I was emailed about it.

The manager Chris was very helpful helping me with all the details and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Did a good job

It took multiple calls to get an appointment. Then when we finally got an appointment we got it sent in. When we got it back they only partially fixed it. And the car would still smell like exhaust fumes. They said they replaced the catalytic converter but when we went to another place to again fix it. They said nothing was replaced and they had just re welded it. Service was overall terrible compared to every other place we have been
